Heart Jewel & Lamrim Meditation

An excellent way to start the day with Heart Jewel and Lamrim Medi-tation and generating a good motivation to practise virtue for the day.

 
 

Dakini Yoga
Monday to Friday mornings 9.30 - 10.30am
Everyone who has received a Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerment has a commitment to practice six-session Guru yoga. This six-session yoga has been especially arranged for those who have received Vajrayogini empowerment.

Kadampa Buddhists have a special connection with Buddha Tara, a manifestation of the ultimate wisdom of all the Buddhas. We rely upon Mother Tara sincerely and with strong faith she will protect us from all obstacles and fulfil all our wishes.


 

Offerings to the Spiritual Guide (Lama Chöpa)

"Offering to the spiritual Guide" is a special Guru yoga of Je Tsongkhapa. The main practice is relying upon the Spiritual Guide, but it also includes all the essential practices of the stages of the path (Lamrim) and training the mind (Lojong) as well as both the generation stage and completion stage of Highest Yoga Tantra. The blessings we receive from this puja greatly increases our faith, merit and wisdom.

 

Melodious Drum

"Melodious Drum" is the extensive and restoring ritual of the Dharma Protector, the great king Dorje Shugden, in conjunction with Mahakala, Kalarupa, Kalindewi, and other Dharma protectors. Dorje Shugden always helps, guides, and protects pure and faithful practitioners by granting blessings, increasing wisdom, fulfilling their wishes, and bestowing success on all their virtuous activities.
