Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha's teachings, especially suited to the fast-moving, modern world. These days we face new problems and difficulties, and we need a clear, precise spiritual path to follow. These instructions are part of an unbroken lineage from Buddha Shakyamuni to Kadampa teachers of the present day. The following Meditation Classes and Courses are available:

Buddhist Meditation for Modern Life
(TU) 19.30-21.15

Our weekly main event is a practical meditation class with our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tonglam.

Buddhist Meditation for Modern Life
